Everything else. The room does not correspond to the description on Booking: first of all, it is not about an apartment, but a single room with shared living-room and kitchen (not equipped. There were only 3 pans and no oil, salt, coffe,..). On Booking it is not well specified, in fact all the other guests did not know that they would have found other people in it. Secondly, the room was too little and cold (we asked the owners to reheat it, but they told us that they could not do that), the bed was little, for one person, and definitely not for two adults. We also found hair on it. The owners were rude and impolite. Definitely unadvisable!

Hostel style accomodation. Has kitchen utensils. Has a sitting area outside, though not at all covered so only usable when it doesn't rain. Kinda between a motel and hostel.

They wrongfully claim to have sound proofing. It. Was super loud all day and night. The nice house that u see on booking is the owners house, guests are in a less beautiful anex. It was porting rain and no extra towels or anything to dry the all went outdoors etc was provided. Instead we had to use the towels..and then the m.ost surprising thing that I have never seen coming happened: So...after checkout I got this text where the owner SWORE at me, calling me disgusting and other vulgar words (the tone!!!!). The reason was that they claim we did not tidy up enough. But I feel the real reason is that they want more money- they wrote us Saturday morning wanting 25 chf (room was 100) ,and u have until sunday' like in a mafia movie... I have been to many places around d the world ans while I am not proud I have left rooms untidy before. But never have I ever been harassed and insulted for it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER AND DO NOT PAY HIDDEN FEES EVEN IF THEY THREATEN AND INSULT U!! AND PAY 10 BUCKS MORE FOR THE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ACROSS THE STREET IF HOSPITALITY IS SOMETHING U APPRECIATe. Attached the fotos that caused them to call us pigs etc and want 25% hidden costs

The place has a 35-40sqm kitchen to be shared among 3 bedrooms with bathroom ensuite. I had the luxus to stay there while all the other rooms were empty, so I had a huge kitchen/living room for me, together with the bedroom and batroom. The inner furnitures and decoration is perfect, a great matress and comfortable bed and very modern shower. I could park inside the entrance gate and there are no stairs to make, perfect for someone traveling with a lot of luggage. The kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of pans, dishes, cups, mugs and also oils, salt and spices. Perfectly located at just 1,2km from the highway for someone who needs to drive around for work. Supermarkets and shops at 800mt distance.

This place was advertised with false information. The Description says: "Boasting a garden, a shared lounge, and a bar, Plein soleil features accommodation in Martigny-Ville with free WiFi and garden views. This apartment offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. " The second paragraph mentions no sharing of the living space or the TV. So we were expecting the kitchen will be our own. So our understanding was that there is our own kitchen as well as a shared one. But what you in fact get is a small bedroom with a small double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Very disappointing after a long journey. We planned to stay 5 nights but given the condition, we didn't stay a single night. We asked them to cancel the booking and refund us which hasn't happened. The lady who was in the premises had no authority to process a refund and since then we are still not offered a refund. This is not an apartment, this is a house share with a very small room.
