Gar nichts

Kurz vor meiner Ankunft wurde ich vom Vermieter darüber informiert, dass die Unterkunft „The Golf Apartment“ doppelt gebucht wurde. Aus diesem Grund wurde ich in ein anderes Apartment verlegt, das in keiner Weise meinem gebuchten Standard entspricht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über diese Situation und verstehe nicht, wie es zu einer solchen Doppelbuchung kommen konnte. Für mich ist klar, dass dies meine letzte Buchung über Booking.com war. Ich bitte um eine Stellungnahme und eine angemessene Lösung.
