The Golf apartments

The location and facilities were great. The problem was lack of communication with the owner. During our stay we had no access to the internet or the television.

The door handles kept getting stuck so people got locked in the bathroom and the bedroom and there is lots of mould in the bathroom because the exhaust fans are not working.

Layout of apartment was good.

The property did not timely respond and often did not respond at all. Could not find the property, lack of instructions and property did not respond to help us find the place. Messaged property 3-4 times earlier in the day and week to get the code to access the place. We finally got the code nearly 2 hours after we arrived at the location. The apartment had not been cleaned, towels and blankets were strewn over everything maybe to dry? Half eaten food on counter, dirty dishes in sink, dirty towels in bathroom, garbage in trash cans, it was filthy. Bathrooms were very moldy! We were moved to a different apartment but had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned to get into it. We lost our entire evening to this disaster. We were told parking was available for $10 but property did not respond on where the parking was. This is by far the worst rental I have ever experienced through booking.com. I would not recommend the place to anyone. I am very disappointed Booking.com offers places with such poor management.

It is a scam, we ended by sleeping in our car. They do multiple reservations on different platforms. If you are not the first one to arrive at the place then probably someone will be at your place when you arrive. They won’t help you to find a solution, they won’t find any other accommodation for you.

Very near train station and supermarket

The unit accessed on level 2. Needs some climbing of stairs. Shower head in shower room, defective. Bathroom floor tiles cracked and displaced. Sitting area sofa looks very dirty. One Remote control had no battery. Communications with property agent - not very responsive. Suspect English language barrier. Not sure if heating in house was working. Tuned all knobs up and still pretty cold. Property staff wanted to enter unit at night to retrieve bedding linen which was stored in the storage room in apartment. 🤷🏼‍♂️
