The flat is very well located and comfortable for 7-9 people.

It was not very well cleaned, notably the floor which was a bit sticky in the kitchen and the dinning room. The kitchen is not very well equipped for the amount of people that fit in the apartment. The communication with the owner (or manager) was not the best. He does not answer messages (on booking or WhatsApp) as he is very busy, so very important to give him a call to align the arrival well in advance.

The apartment was very close to train station and in the middle of Interlaken West. The supermarket was just next to the apartment.

The communication was very unprofessional. No reply whatsoever. We have to wait outside under the cold weather for the passcode to get key. The apartment was not so clean. There was limited hot water supply. We have to take shower with cold water. It was very bad experience. The kitchen was not equipped with enough utensils. The dish washer was broken and cannot be used. Overall, not worth the price we paid.

Everything. only few steps away from the train station and shop.
