Very clean furniture and amenities. The owner was so kind with us. He quickly changed the internet router for the apartment when we faced difficulties with connecting to the old one. The location is so great, you might not use tour car in the center if you want to have a dinner in any restaurant or shopping from shopping center “2 minutes walking”. Also the park is just 10-13 minutes walking. It will be my choice again and again when I visit Interlaken.

Not clean and no air conditioning

Location and layout were fine. BUT There was no ventilation no AC or fans and days were warm. The bathroom door was almost impossible to open and close.

The owner sent his son to wake us up at 9:30 pm to collect a city tax. We were unaware of this charge and told him we wanted to check with booking.com. We checked the next day and indeed we owed $52 Swiss francs and I emailed the owner and told him I would put the money in the lock box with the key on departure after only staying 3 nights. He sent his son again and woke up the family and startled us at 10:30 pm the night before we were checking out. We put the cash and key in the lock box and left.
