Tax legislation of the country: Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) must pay an additional 19% VAT. To be exempt from this fee, guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests paying for their stay in local currency will also be charged this fee. In case of no-show at the establishment, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include said VAT supplement. This additional VAT is not included in the establishment's rates and must be paid separately.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
