Alto Balmaceda

We stayed here twice, once before and once after visiting TdP. I really liked the space, though our first stay was better than the second. Our first stay was in room 5, which is on the second floor and had more kitchen items than the second space. The second space (room 4) was on the main floor, so the foot traffic in front sucks since you don't get much privacy. The heaters in room 4 were also much less sensitive to the thermostat then room 5, and there were a bunch of little beetles walking around, which weren't present in room 5. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook the basics though, and they provide you with little oils and salt which is fantastic! There is also a washing machine and they give you a little pod to be able to do your laundry, plus a drying rack which was excellent. Overall we really liked staying here and highly recommend!

Lack of privacy for the main floor suites, and the little bugs. The shower pressure also wasn't great.

Het is een leuk appartement maar veel dingen werketen niet waardoor je je erg gaat ergeren en ontevreden gaat worden. Iets wat bij een vakantie niet moet. - verwarming werkte soms niet. In de kou zitten - internet doet het niet. Na meermalen aanvragen doet het het even - Stopcontacten werken niet overal - Toilet staat los op de vloer - Douche werkt slecht. Soms veel te heet, soms veel te warm - servies niet op orde

Location was good, general conditions of the room was acceptable

The stairs was very close. When someone enters to their room, they wake you up. The insulation between floors were also bad, any noise upstairs comes down.
