The facility itself was great - the room was spacious, had a kitchen and TV and was comfortable overall

When we arrived at the place there was no one there to let us in. The manager said it will take her 30 minutes, but in fact it was an hour and a half. Luckily the super nice neighbor from the house next to the casa let us in to his house and helped us around, cause otherwise we would be waiting in the rain in a not so amazing neighborhood
