Too noisy. You can easily hear people upstairs until very late and also in the mornings. For the price we paid, we were expecting better amenities (decent shampoo and conditioner, lotion) Couch no comfortable TV no working besides YouTube or if you add your own account only

The place is quite expensive gor what you get. The insulation is so bad you need the AC 24/7. The kitchen is really poorly equipped (only one of the 2 hot plates works, and there is a very few things to cook anyway). The sofa is not comfortable. The place is really far from everything but the beach. So you don't want to spend time in this apartment, that's sad because it could be improved in many ways.

Perfect location for me. Only 0.2 miles from Playa Negra and 0.5 from all the fun in Puerto Viejo. It’s quiet and cozy.

The washer and dryer are “Costa Rica” style and I didn’t know how to use them. They need to add towel racks in the bathroom so there’s a place to hang wet towels.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, new. Great kitchen.

A bit of a hike into town. Best to have a car or rent a scooter or moto.

We got to walk every day to town. 2 blocks from beach which was great.

Air conditioning in the living room would have been nice and some more dishes, but this was an EXCELLENT place to stay
