My experience was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, apartment was clean and spacious.

There was one area that could use improvement: the bathroom. While it was spacious and clean, there were no hooks or shelves to place personal items like towels, toiletries, or clothing. It made things a bit inconvenient, as I had to place everything on the floor or the edge of the sink. This small detail really stood out during my stay and would have made the experience much more enjoyable with just a little more thought on storage space.

The Apartment was very spacious and a decent size balcony overlooking the street. There was a supermarket below and some basic fare food outlets nearby. Other more high brow dining experiences were within a 10 minute taxi ride. The location was 100m from the entrance to the Park and whilst we already had our entrance tickets booked, Gonzalo was able to organise a very good guide for us at short notice. He also ensured we had parking at the rear which is a must, as the crowds and traffic do get manic during the day. Also only a 5 minute walk to the large beach

The kitchen area was a bit disappointing, the cutlery was basic, some of the pots/pans were the worst for wear, the hob was broken and had a two ring plug in unit sitting on top and there was no kettle. It is a cash only property which we were forewarned of so it was not a problem other than the hassle to ensure we had enough and who really likes carrying large amounts of cash

The location could not be more perfect. You can see the gates of the national park from the balcony and the beach is a short walk away. The host was so welcoming and responsive. There was enough room for our toddler to run around inside, and the AC worked well. Within a few minutes of checking in, a monkey ran across the power line directly in front of our balcony! We would love to stay again sometime.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, but also not the worst.
