very spacious, next to the park

We really enjoyed our stay and can‘t understand the negative reviews. The location is exceptional, literally right next to the national park and the beach is within close walking proximity. There is also convenience store on the first floor. Last but not least, the apartment itself was clean and the beds were quite comfortable to sleep in. Easily sleeps a family of four, though it was just the two of us this time. Gonzalo, the landlord, was also very nice to us during our whole stay.

Fantastic location literally 50m from MA park entrance. Mini market downstairs and the Soda/restaurant right next door is excellent & great value for money 👍

A little noisy in the morning but we wake early so no wukkahs.

You can't beat the location of this property plus the free parking right behind it. Manuel Antonio park is 2 min walk to the left and you can sit on the balcony and watch people go in and out. The apartment is functional and practical but not a cosy place. You have everything you need and I loved the balcony. This part of the Manuel Antonio accommodation stretch is very small so pretty quiet after the park visitors leave and not as touristy, as hotels are rather small. There is a good choice of restaurants close by.

The location was great, right next to the National Park and 4 minutes walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful as well. The bed was comfortable.

The kitchen was missings glasses and some of the pots and frying pan were really used. no toster.

Modern apartment with nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Ideally situated to entrance of park and beach.

Located very close to Manuel Antonio National Park. Clean room, hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Gonzalo who managed the place was really helpful, even helped us with tickets to the Manuel Antonio Park. Also, good you had a kitchen including freezer.

We would have hoped that the level of the cleanliness and facilities would have matched those of the customer service, all seemed a little dated and we saw a couple on unwanted crawling guests in the kitchen and bathroom which was disappointing. But the park and the beach are stunning!
