The location was brilliant, just in front of Manuel Antonio park. All facilities needed are included, the a/c works good, and there is a free parking in the place ( just ignore the people offering you parking and tell them that your apartment has own parking) Gonzalo was amazing, gracias por tu ayuda y generosidad, pura vida!

Gustavo is very nice and easy going, he doesn’t speak English though. you cannot find any better location to enter the park, it’s literally 150 meters away from the main gate. the place is clean and well equipped.

This apartment is right by Manuel Antonio National Park and a short walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores right there as well. Saw monkeys from the balcony multiple days as well as on the walk to the beach. woke up to the sound of birds and howler monkeys. Gonzalo was super friendly and they cleaned the apartment every other day.

Could only pay in cash and banks wouldn’t allow international withdrawals. need to use ATMs and make sure to up your daily withdrawal limit.

The location is the biggest plus. You stay less than 50 metres from the Manuel Antonio park entrance and the beach is within 5 minutes of walking distance. Off-road parking gives some extra security. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp makes life easier. The room is very good size, comfortable and the balcony is a nice bonus.

The lock was a real struggle, hopefully it gets fixed soon. The apartment is intended for self-catering (there´s a kitchenette area), but the inventory needs a bit of an upgrade.

Perfect location very near park entrance, over a supermarket and next to a good cafe, great host, spacious, comfortable, had a much needed aircon, nice balcony.

Over- priced and minor issues such as limited essential crockery (e.g. no cereal bowls)
