Great location to walk to beach.

Very noisy right on the main street. Bed not that comfortable.

Very nice studio appartment, nice location and close to the beach. Inside it is quiet.

The outside area is only a small sidewalk. Next door is a supermarket and the trucks are noisy for sitting outside. It’s better to go to the beach or cafe.

Sarah was a gracious host who helped out with things we forgot, or us not speaking Spanish so well, or other things. The staff in the ATV rental right down stairs - which is owned by the same group - were happy to help with any questions even if they weren't about renting ATVs (where to eat, get coffee, see monkeys, etc). The air conditioning was welcome on the very hot days. The bathroom sink had hot water (which is actually a pretty big deal in Costa Rica). The location was good - near the beach, places to eat, the grocery, coffee shops. The unit was new and clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable.

It is right on the main road, so there is some street noise if you have a street facing unit. We heard this before we went, so we brought ear plugs for sleeping.
