Très bien situé sur une rue avec tous les services (bars, restos, épicerie fine). Grand appartement avec deux chambres séparées et bon sofa pour la détente. Belle fenestration. Stationnement peu coûteux à proximité. Laveuse et sécheuse pour les séjours un peu plus long.

Difficile à chauffer par grands froids, tout spécialement la salle de bain, inconfortable pour la douche. Perso, je préfère quand il y a une cafetière à expresso. Je me sens un peu coupable de savoir que ce grand logement n’est pas disponible pour la location normale aux citoyens de Québec.
