Very comfortable and convenient location surrounded by plenty of Restaurants, Café’s and bars.

Outside can be a little loud at night due to bar nightlife next door.

Le bruit de la ventilation du café en dessous. Le manque d’éclairage dans la salle de bains.

3e avenue is a cute location. A good 45 min walk to old town but it had a few good restaurants and cafes on the doorstep so had its own vibe (esp loved La Planque) Can walk to the river and the Grand Marche Has a load of good kitchen facilities

Right above a fast food restaurant which was fine BUT next door to a somewhat lively karaoke pub when drinkers were in full swing all day and into the night meaning a lot of noise outside. Both nights we were there, there were fights outside that kept my son up. Strange check in - was given a code but the property has no code facility and the door was just open with keys on table. Door is on the main street so didnt feel overly safe.

El ruido del extractor del restaurante de abajo, que pasa por dentro de la casa y el ruido de la calle que hay mucho ruido nocturno por locales de ocio y la ducha no tiene teléfono ,es fija en la pared

Le logement était très propre, bien placé et bien équipé.

Cela peut être bruyant si vous venez en été car c'est dans la rue piétonne où il y a bars et restaurants juste en bas mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Il y a aussi un bruit constant (comme un moteur de chambre froide je pense) puisque nous sommes au dessus d'un restaurant.
