Great location for exploring Victoria harbour, downtown, Chinatown & many many cafes & waterfront restaurants by foot. Reserved parking spot in secured garage and great security measure to only ride the elevator if you have the required key fobs! Excellent staff - Margaret!!

No air con on hot sunny days! Portable fan in bedroom, ceiling fan and a portable fan in living room helped but whole suite was very hot on arrival. Dishwasher was very noisy... Margaret, who welcomed us was wonderful. She saved the day - advised us tips to help cool the suite and she made great efforts to ensure that we had spare supplies of toilet rolls and tissue boxes.

The unit was not the same setup as in the picture so there was not enough space for my whole family to comfortably sit together in the family room and one son had to sleep on the floor because there was not a sectional in the family room for both boys to sleep on. The large sectional shown in all of the pictures was replaced by a very small love seat that only 2 people can sit on. We are very frustrated and disappointed.

The unit was a good size and very close to the centre of town.

The bed was quite small and the toilet kept running which kept us awake.

Location was great!
