"Good choice if you want to stay in the heart of Victoria"

The apartment is very clean, well maintained, well equipped, convenient underground garage (!), building security, with great location at the city center. The owner and manager were very helpful and responsive. Amy question or issue I had, they would respond immediately to insure my satisfaction - that makes all the difference! Thank you.

The apartment is facing south with one window open and doesn’t have air conditioning. As a result, it tends to get hot during sunny days. The owner is aware of this issue, so he provided two powerful free standing fans, in addition to the ceiling fan, that helped a lot.

"Nice apartment, "free parking" limited."

It was close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfy. Margaret was really helpful and friendly.

On Booking.com the facilities listed "free private parking" but there wasn't any. We had to find parking on the road or in the parkade opposite and pay during the day. We wouldn't have stayed here had we known as the parking was important to us. So in summary, if you need to park, if you can find a space between 6pm and 9am then, yes it is free. However at any other point during the stay you will have to find parking and pay for it. Not a problem if you're prepared for it, however the booking.com description was misleading in this respect.
