A little gem in the Centre of San Jose! The apartment is lovely and the host is very nice! Very informative regarding check in and out

The apartment was well equipped and in a good location for MUSOC bus terminal. It appeared clean but in the morning there was a dead cockroach on the floor.

The owner came round in the evening to collect his money and got unnecessarily aggressive when we asked him for ID as it was dark and we didn't know him. We paid him anyway but he wouldn't give us an email receipt.

Going to the property you have to unlock hardly in use padlock, then electronic locker with pin on the door, final step key to your room door. EVERY TIME you going out / in every time. Shower more like it is cold water than warm, low pressure.

Everything was great and perfect location for me, clear self check in instructions. Hot water was a little difficult to get and not very warm but other than that was great.

The apartments were nice and clean.

The lock on the outside gate was very difficult to open, especially at night. I could see an emergency situation go badly. The hot water was tempermental, resulting in cold showers sometimes. My TV was not connected properly. I asked for assistance but, got none. Even when I knocked on the manager's door. Very poor service.
