nice ans helpful owner

the street lamp is shining the whole night into the bedroom , the sound of the traffic light you will hear the whole night.

Never got to stay at property due to coming in late and owner not sending info to get in. Absolutely ridiculous. Even though we had communicated we would be in very late due to car trouble. They had okayed the late arrival then messaged later saying they wouldn’t wait up for us.

Never got to see it. Property was locked and bolted. Owner never communicated code to get in.

The location was the number one reason I choose this place. I wanted something within walking distance of the Tracopa bus terminal. And in that regard it was perfect. But I have to say the host, was very gracious and helpful. I had noticed in previous reviews that people have complained about the access to the building. When I arrived after 10pm the host was waiting for me and came and in-serviced me on all the locks and security measures.

The property was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The location was at the edge of China Town with many nearby restaurants, shops, and grocery markets. Several museums were within walking distance. We took an Uber to central market but walked back.

This 2-BR unit faces the street so bright street lighting at night and traffic noise may affect the light sleeper. The unit was a bit warm in the afternoon since there is no AC. Cooking utensils a bit sparse.

The host was very nice and helpful. The apartments are on three different floors and very nice designed. They are silent and well equipped for a stay; even a free waschmachine for use. I would gladly recommend this place to anybody travelling to San José.

Pretty good location room was comfortable

This place has no AC, so I would expect a good fan, but it wasn't great. We were let know that we'd find the key to our room under the door mattress, but it wasn't there . We had someone coming to give us the key. We tried asking him some questions, but he couldn't speak English.

It was a secure place in a bad neighborhood. Place was modern design. It had all the essentials mini fridge, microwave, eye for stove, plates, utensils,

It's no hot water, but on the shower head it has a device thar warms the water but it's not hot. No A/C

A pub nearby had loud music till very late
