Poor response from the owner. Parking is half a km away in the parking lot of a restaurant when they are closed. Owner is rude and kept saying read the instructions, instead of helping. After I checked out, he is harassing me to give him a good review and that it is family owned etc.

Le malhonnête du propriétaire qui utilise les vieux photos du logement sur le site alors, il y ait un décalage entre les photos et la réalité. Hein, le stationnement est dans 10min derrière un restaurant! Pas d’indication ni d’autorisation visible

The location and the communication was good. The price is affordable.

We started to use the microwave and then most of the lights and electricity went out (probably due to power circuit breaker problem), except for the living room. Thus, 3 of us had to sleep in the living room on the sofa and floor to have the only air con left there. The others 3 tried to slept thru the night in their rooms with no aircon during summer time. Expected some credit refund, but no words from the owner. Besides, the parking is quite far from the unit, about 200-300 meters. Anyway, cannot expect more with such a cheap price for that location.
