Parking is bit far; no fan in bathroom

Just the location

They are charging for extra fees that vary from $ 65 t0 103$ for early check in,. I have been in various big hotels and B&B, but have never experienced that. Therefore, I had to pay more than $100 to check in at 13:00. In addition, there is no AC in the bedrooms, and it was hard for us to sleep. The bathroom is slippery, and you might hurt yourself. The parking is far from the B&B. The apartment is very unclean.... needs to clean the apartment before giving it out to customers.

No breakfast.

Property description is not accurate. The photos in the listing and the do not match with the property's real condition. The floor boards in the main hall way is all damaged and poking out dangerously. If one walks carelessly, there is a high chance of getting splinters in your toe. Bed rooms don't have either AC or a ceiling fan. The vertical standing fans wont work either. There are 2 immovable AC units in the entire apartment, one in the living area and one in dining, which are at either end of the property., whereas the bedrooms are nestled in between the above areas. I wonder who would create such design for ventilation; cold air will need guided mechanism to reach into the bedrooms doing 90degrees turns. The beds are so antique that even when you sit on the mattress, they squeak so loud straight from a horror movie. Furnitures are just show pieces. I sat on the sofa in the living area but I fell inside a well which had no bottom. It keeps sinking until the floor. When I expressed my concern to the property contact/management, first they said they were unaware of all these issues and asked me send me pics in an email. And later they stopped responding to my messages. so no help from there either. I wish Booking.com will either take actions against this property or remove them from the platform.

Great location, excellent communication with host. Comfortable beds.

Could of had a few more staples like a cookie sheet, salt and pepper, bowl for mixing salad. Basic condiments. Washer and dryer for laundry.

Clean & safe comfortable place

The apartment is very spacious and has 3 independent bedrooms, one living room with a big TV (Netflix available), kitchen and a bathroom. Location is good, only about 35min walk to the Parliament Hill.

It wasn’t probably cleaned. A lot of dust, especially in the washroom and behind heaters. The amenities were used. The place is nice but it needs a renovation to reach its potential.

The bedframe was too noisy!
