"Lovely home close to all amenities. Pretty tight for a family but certainly doable for a couple. Communication was excel"

Property was clean and the main living area was cozy and practical.

The bed was to big for the bedrrom, quite small when try navigating around wall decor. The rug was in the way of the door opening and closing which was a bit of a frustration.

Cute house. Had potential to be great with a little effort by the owner.

Couldn't even be bothered to put clean sheets on the bed. Clean sheets were left in the corner of the bedroom and we had to put the sheets on the bed. Maybe they could have swept the place before we arrived? We left the place WAY cleaner than we found it.

Due to adjacent street construction had to detour to arrive at property. Unfortunately, the water was shut off at the street prior to our departure and were unable to use the bathroom or shower. When I spoke to the construction workers, they indicated that written notice of water shut off had been circulated to all affected residents. We saw no such notice in the unit or on our door.

Booked the Heritage House once more because we liked it, 5 star review first time with some floor & carpet being not clean issue.

It's been the second time staying at the Heritage House. First time (winter)we left a 5 Star review with comments of the floor and carpet not being clean. Second time(summer) staying here are my comments: 1. The carpet was not vaccumed (cheetos crums everywhere) especially when we have a 10 months old who likes to crawl around it is not convenient at all. 2 The floor was not broomed - we had to broom & wipe the floor after seeing how dirty it was (we checked in around 21:30 - 22:00) 3. The apartment had no air circulation (most windows are closed shut. It comes with an extremely noisy heavy duty fan so, please bring ear plugs if someone is staying in summer or who likes silence when sleeping. Otherwise, great stay.
