Renovated Guest Suite Near The Lake & High Park in Toronto!

tutto, appartamento completo di qualsiasi cosa, pulitissimo e tutto nuovo. ci siamo sentiti come a casa e abbiamo potuto preparare i pasti in comodità e avere una lavatrice a disposizione. il tram 501 che passa davanti alla struttura attraversa tutto il centro di Toronto e si raggiunge in circa mezz'oretta di percorso. L'host è stato gentile e accogliente e ci ha dato molti consigli per il nostro soggiorno.

We had a wonderful stay at Ankur's basement apartment in Toronto! The place had everything we needed; a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, personal bathroom was modern and very comfortable. We had an all the essentials for laundry and shower/bathroom. The bedroom was cozy and stylish, with a great workspace, comfortable bed and a faux fireplace (electric, with heat options). Also, the entire apartment had AC, which was such a blessing during the height of Toronto's summer heat warnings. Ankur, the host, was extremely welcoming (his hospitality alone deserves the best review) and we enjoyed complete privacy throughout our stay. Getting to/or from downtown was quick and easy at any time of the day. There’s a 24 hour gas station right across the street, plus a small convenience store just around the corner, also an amazing Italian style market just 10 mins away. And it's just 6 mins walk to the beach. We felt safe in the area of the location. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return on our next visit to Toronto!

We may be dummies (and we may be!), but we had difficulty locking the door trying to use the pin-code lock, however Ankur immediately messaged us with the proper instructions!

Renovated and modern Apartmen next to, High Park, the lake, bike stations and the tram. The rooms were clean and the kitchen hast anything we needed to cook. The host is very polite, hospitable and helpful.

Acceuil, gentillesse et disponibilité de Ankur. Facilité d'accéder à l'appartement Très belle appartement et très propre Proche du tramway a 25 minutes du centre ville.

On doit demander d ouvrir le Patio, peut être qu'une clef serait plus facile. La porte en verre (entre l appartement et le 1er etage) serait mieux fermé et pas en verre.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything is new, clean and spacious. We loved all the little details like complimentary coffee and slippers! The communication with Ankur prior and during our stay was super fast and attentive. Location was perfect for the days we wanted to explore downtown but also close to the highway for getting to Niagara falls or other fun places. Free parking was also a massive bonus.

If I had to fault anything it would be the temperature. It was freezing cold to us Europeans who aren’t used to AC 😂 but nothing a jumper couldn’t fix! I did also message Ankur about this and he immediately provided me with some options to adjust the temperature. But I would still recommend to bring a cozy jumper :-)

Humming through the night from some appliance in owner's house upstairs or neighbours. Basement apartment so not much daylight in kitchen/sitting ares as only half window above ground.
