Renovated Guest Suite Near The Lake & High Park in Toronto!

Well-equipped, nice location near the shores of Lake Ontario, friendly host.

Air condition could not be controlled individually for the Appartement. Overall it was too cold for us.

Our host was very pleasant, generous and helpful.

Cleanliness. The place was impeccably clean and the landlord was most welcoming and available. Reactive service. Prompt responses to messages and fast solutions found for (minor) problems. Space. It was not one of those smallish hotel rooms. You had space to stretch. Small conforts. Coffee, some snacks and other food items from the landlord made the stay more agreeable. Towels were great and there was an effort for multi-ply toilet paper of quality. Decoration. Felt cozy and welcoming. Like home.

There is not much to complain. May be the distance from Toronto downtown but Uber was easy to get and except for traffic jams, it was a 15-20 minutes trip. At the same time, the distance was a guarantee of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We loved our stay! The hosts are amazing and sweet people, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. On arrival, the host met with us and made us feel vey homely and welcoming. They gave us useful tips about amazing restaurants and places to visit. They go extra mile to make sure the guests are comfortable. The lake is 4-5 mins walk with amazing view of the downtown skyline. A block away is the famous high park. The airport is 15-20 mins ride and CN Tower is 12-15 mins ride. It was a perfect location, very central for our needs. The Suite is newly renovated with modern decor. It's very well designed with glass panels and high end finishes. The kitchen / bathroom was well equipped with all the supplies, complementary coffee, chips and was super clean. The bedroom is Huge and is designed like a 5 Star Suite with dedicated work space, closet, flat TV and fireplace. The bed is very cozy and comfortable. We loved the fireplace (with heat option) and the setup overall. It felt very Luxurious! We had a lot of privacy and felt very comfortable during our stay. The hosts live upstairs, but we didn't really hear any noise. They do have a $300.00 deposit that is returned on checkout. This was the only private host, who had low deposit requirements. Overall, it was a Great Experience and Stay! Thank you so much!

I would definitely recommend this property. It is clean and nicely renovated, the hosts are very helpful and responsive. The location is great, a couple of minutes walking from bus stops, about 40 minutes by bus/streetcar from downtown. I loved the small touches like decour pieces and books about traveling I found on the shelves. The electric fireplace is cute and functional, you can heat the room up a bit if you like warmer temperatures.

Information on the required deposit of $300 cash should have been highelighted prior to booking. Everything work out but finding out oboist this after booking is a problem.

Actually public transfer Situation is due to road works a little difficult. Under normal conditions transfer to downtown Toronto in 20 min by TTC.
