Les Appartements du 300

Appartamento al primo piano di un piccolo edificio residenziale. La scala di accesso è malandata ma l’appartamento è in buone condizioni. Gli elettrodomestici presenti sono: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, microonde, frigorifero e un televisore. Ci sono tre camere con letto matrimoniale e una camera con due letti a castello per un totale di dieci posti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Infine i servizi igienici sono due, uno con doccia, water e doppio lavabo mentre l’altro molto più piccolo ha un water, vasca da bagno e un lavabo. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova un supermercato IGA aperto fino alle 10 p.m. Il parcheggio delle auto la sera è libero sulla strada ma sono disponibili dei posti riservati a 500 metri.

Pas de petit déjeuné, mais cette appartement qui est super beau, moderne au gout du jour offre toute les commodités pour être 100% autonome, Il y a un épicerie IGA à 1 coin de rue, sinon des beaux restaurant sur la 3è avenue à mons de 5min. à pieds...Nous étions 9 adultes dans l'appartement, et plein de place...Tout était SUPER!!! Cette appartement je la recommande à 200%, on pense déjà à une prochaine visite à Québec en 2026...C'est sûre qu'on retourne à cette appartement!!!

l'extérieur de l'appartement ne représente pas le beau cachet de l'intérieur...À si méprendre...Ne pas se faire une mauvaise 1ere impression...

Quiet, mostly. Kitchen handy. IGA and a few restaurants nearby a plus.

We fixed the sliding door to the bedroom for you. :) A comfy chair in living room in addition to the couch would have been useful. Didn’t like having to go to app for information - clutsy. Hard to find wireless log in info. Just put it in an email, even as a link.

The apartment is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. There is no living room but there is a big kitchen table which we can hang out there. The big plus is the apartment is near the park where there's a big open air ice skating area which is free to use. Our kids really enjoyed it.

Wifi didn't work well if we used it together at the same time (5 people). Also, the water in the bathroom was clogged on the first day we arrived. We had to fix it out by ourselves and found a lot of hairs stuck in the pipeline.

At first glance, the location and entrance to the apartments can make some guests nervous. Once inside this apartment, you can relax and feel at home right away. Apartment is modern from the inside and has all the amenities that an adult family would need. Location is not bad either, very close to IGA superstore, restaurants, bakeries. Walkable distance to old Quebec. Wifi, TV, hot water, washer/dryer, dishwasher - everything worked. Street parking is available on weekends and for weekdays, host made arrangements for two cars. This was a good value, budget apartment.

The entrance is narrow and the carpet on staircase smells. Staircase needs to be fixed immediately.

The location

Very nice and clean apartment situated in a calm area. The kitchen had everything we need and the rooms were comfortable. Very easy check in and check out. A grocery store is 1 min walk! I would definitely recommed to stay there and would chose it again if back to quebec city.

Nothing

It was a fantastic location with lots of great places to eat and drink locally, and within walking distance of the historic centre of Quebec.The kitchen was well equipped and there was space to eat together as a family when we cooked for ourselves.

The apartment made great use of a little space to comfortably sleep 9 people, but with only one sofa it's not ideal for spending time in. However, with so much to do in the city you probably won't need to!
