Les Appartements du 300

The apartment was located in a great area with a grocery store nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The kitchen allowed us to make simple meals and breakfast. Short drive into the city and close to all major attractions nearby.

The apartment was not ready for us when we arrived; mix up as to when the cleaners were supposed to arrive. However, situation was dealt with quickly.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, bakeries. Safe neighborhood.

bed mattresses could be more comfortable

Nothing that I like about this property at all.

- Cleanliness is a non existence. From the staircase to the inside unit, they are just simply dirty. - The ring bell was missing the unit numbers; it is showing only unit #3. Both unit 1 and 2 are missing on the front of the complex and it make it difficult to identify the unit. I thought the main door was just for unit 3 so I went to the next door neighbor until someone open the door and and I asked and found out that the door leaded to all 3 units in the complex. - As soon as I got inside, I asked the host some questions and received no response. - Parking was about a good 3 to 4 minute walk. Not an issue during the summer but it is just inconvenient to have a parking at a different location.

It was good to have supermarket, restaurants and bakery near the accommodation. Also, it took less than 10 minutes to get to Old Quebec, so the location was good.

The air conditioner was so small that the house was so hot and I wanted to open the window while sleeping, but I couldn't because there was no mosquito net in the window.

There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice. The long kitchen table gave us room to play games around too. There was a grocery store in the next block which made it very convenient since we didn't have a rental car, and cooked a lot.

While the flat provides beds for up to 12 people, there's only one sofa couch on which only 3 people can sit and watch TV together, so it would be nice if there was more comfortable seating in the living room. Also, it would be nice if each bedroom had a couple of hooks since there aren't any armoires.

Draining in the master shower and kitchen sink was poor!
