Nur der Ort

Die Wohnung war extrem schmutzig und war nach dem Auszug des Vormieters nicht gereinigt worden. Es roch nach verdorbenen Lebensmitteln. Der Kühlschrank enthielt verdorbene Lebensmittel. Das Spülbecken und der Geschirrkorb waren mit schmutzigen Tellern und Löffeln gefüllt.

Everything! It’s clean, very spacious, has complete facilities (full kitchen and laundry and dryer) and the location is very close to the Niederried train station.

Nothing - just need to note that there are stairs to go to the bedrooms but was not a problem for us

The view , location and beds

The kitchen was lacking some usual items - hot pads , hand towels , paper towels . No salt , pepper , oil for cooking .
