View from the apt was the best part of the stay.

Location is far from anything. No grocery or anything

Great location next to Brienz Lake. The hosts are kind and offer hospitality.

Many stairs, with small children, rather hazardous.

To many stairs in the apartment, it’s not reliable for orderly. It’s nightmare with luggage 🧳

The apartment has a beautiful view of Lake Brienze and the mountains. Our family of 5 could live comfortably in the three bedroom space. The host facilitated a comfortable handover of keys and collection of city tax. Kitchen was spacious with all necessary appliances. Laundry was very useful, but better place needed to air-dry heavy clothing as the laundry area is damp.

Kitchen requires kitchen towels/ tissues. The rooms in the apartment are accessed by staircases which is not comfortable for the elderly and/or people with knee issues - it would help to have this information beforehand. While we adhered to the rules which were displayed at our apartment, the people in the next apartment made a lot of noise late into the night which disturbed our sleep. Fans provided in 2 of the rooms were unstable.

Location, and view from property

I think the property was bit over priced when compared to nearby properties. Also one night we had a group of men checking in very late and we're banging the door of our unit as they did not get clear guidance from hosts

Loved the location and size ! The property owner Geetha is a friendly person and very responsive. She connected with us on Whatsapp and promptly responded our queries. Great host ! She is always there to help !

Felt like somehow decieved the main reason we booked this place was as it was listed Air conditioned but that is not the case , only living room has AC which is portable one doesn't cool much.

The staff were really amazing. The View ist stunning. I highly recommend visiting this wonderful place.
