Lake View Residence

The chosen appartment was spacious and clean. The location at the lake straight behind the train station is fabulous. We were there with children and the apartments are quite children friendly. It was also nice, that there were fans in each bedroom as the nights were quite hot.

Overall, all promises were kept. The kitchen was equipped a bit scarce. A bit of condiments would have added great value. But I understand that this was not a part of the package. So this is more a suggestion rather than a critique.

The parking lot on the backside should have been on front, but the possibility is not there.

The facilities are so old , the beds and pillows are not comfortable , and when we ask for anything their responses are so late and they keep us waiting and they are so rude, and there is no air conditioning ; when we close the terace doors the house becomes really hot , and the worst thing was the insects (bugs, spiders , cockroaches) and the house is not clean we looked under the bed it was a disaster

Over-looking Bienz lake the View was breathtaking. Overall exp was mesmerizing with memories for Lifetime. Place is amazing for family.
