They demand additional deposit when the sum has already been paid thru booking.com When I arrived I discovered that the toilet was not working. It took them almost a day to fix it. Never again

Good location. Apartment was clean and fully equiped with new air-condition units so we were fresh and comfortable. Owner left a welcome note and a bottle of vine which was a really nice gesture.

Apartment seems to be recently renovated, which gives you clean and cosy feeling, but very opposite vibe you get from the building itself. First days of our stay elevator was not working, so we had to use stairase which was extremely dirty, windows in the common area was black from dust and spider webs. Also veranda of the apartment was full of pigeon droppings, so sadly, as good was the interior, as bad was an exterior... We have not once sit on the veranda/balcony.

We are absolutely satisfyed , we like this accommandation as well, and hope wa can come back in the future , the assistance was really very good , helpful and clear .

Communication was easy and efficient. Handy location spacious for 2 people, and cute decoration, very clean, looks neat and renovated. decent bathroom, complementary wine.

The bed felt a bit uncomfortable for 3 nights. Located near relatively busy street, earplugs needed due to street noise.

A great place to spend a vacation or a few days in Larnaca. It feels like you are in your own home.

The location is great, but the noise from the nearby streets is an inconvenience that you have to get used to
