Berries 1-BR Apt in Larnaca

The apartment is very close to Finikoudes Beach and the port (1-2 minutes walking), but in the same time close to the city center (many shops and lots of restaurants nearby). It's very clean, everything is new and qualitative, everything works also - it is very hard to find something that is missing - from the appliances to the smart tv & good wifi, hairdryer, iron table - you name it, EVERYTHING was there, along with complementary wine, coffee/tea...So, there is nothing to complain or to ask for, it excedeed my expectations. The communication with the host it's very simple and fast (good english & Whatsapp, good directions, very easy to check in regardless of the hour of your arrival). Other things I liked and could be important for other people : very close to the bus station for Nicosia, Aya Napa, Airport, there are several supermarkets around (one is nonstop), the bed is very confy and the sheets/towels were spotless clean, there is hot water (you just need to push the right button 1/2 hour in advance) As a conclusion, I highly recommend it for staying in Larnaca and for being close to all the important things. For us it was more of a gamble due to the fact that there were no comments when we've rent it because it's new on booking, that's why I feel the need for an "extended" review.

As a "tradeoff" of all the things mention above - there is very little : the traffic noise is always present, but it's normal taking into consideration the central location and it doesn't stop us to have a healthy sleep. One other thing could be the heating system, there is none but you could use the aircon if needed (we have stayed here mid January, there were around 14 up to 21 degrees). So, to be clear, these are not reasons not to book the apartment, we've stayed in Larnaca many times and it is by far the best choice considering the price.

Location is fabulous. Apartment was clean and nice.

Unfortunately, coffe-maker was not clean after previous guests.
