Location- mountain view, easy access to public transport(3 mins walk to bus stop towards Interlaken ost Station. Flat was nice and clean and have dishwasher and washing machine. The down point was the heating- none of heaters was working so the flat was cold. Bathroom was small, also water spreading out all over bathroom when having shower. There is no face to face contact with staff.

There was garbage right in front of the property during Check in and the house was not as convincing as seen during booking.

Несподобалося нісого.

Власниця невідповідальна. Ми прочекали 2.5 години щоб заселитися.Невідповідає на телефонні дзвінки. Нескинула код до ключів. Ми до неї позвонили попросили скинути код до ключа.вона підняла. Але код так і нескинула. На остальні дзвінки невідповідала. Прийшлося звонити на гарячу лінію buking. І код зразу появився і вона сама перезвонила.
