Chalet apartment by Interlaken. Parking

The location was fine.

Bathroom was not clean, hair was in the bathtub. Facilities in kitchen was really poor.

Nothing because I booked something else and they gave me that apartment

Nothing at all because I paid for my choice apartment and they give me different apartment

Have to pay extra tax on top, after the booking. The owner asked for tourists tax

Took 2 weeks to contact the owner, no email, no message, no phone call. Totally irresponsible,, I had requested to change the date and took 2 weeks for the confirmation. Finally had phone conversation 3 days before the occupation date and not even want to talk with the guest. What a joke,,, It was non refundable but request to change the date took 2 weeks for confirmation.. Heating system is too hot for the two bunk beds and too cold for the master bed room. Nothing seems in pattern.

Easy to check-in, clean & beautiful chalet
