Location- mountain view, easy access to public transport(3 mins walk to bus stop towards Interlaken ost Station. Flat was nice and clean and have dishwasher and washing machine. The down point was the heating- none of heaters was working so the flat was cold. Bathroom was small, also water spreading out all over bathroom when having shower. There is no face to face contact with staff.
