Chalet apartment by Interlaken. Parking

It is an apartment and breakfast not applicable. The apartment is very good, nice location.

The utensils in the kitchen need to be improved. Small saucepan not working on induction. Pans are not so clean, Suggest to add induction based small saucepan

Location was beautiful. But too far from the interlaken OST. But you can take the local. There was no travel card provided.

We texted the owner, but there was no reply.

It was clean check in was smooth. There were heaters in the room and in the common area as well. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary items overall a good stay with a nice view and location

The location was amazing! Walkable distance from bus stop (A bus away from interlaken ost). Views of the Swiss Alps from the windows was the best part of the stay!

The induction stove is difficult to turn on and there is absolutely no response from the host. Also the heating in the dining area wouldn't work well but there were spare portable heaters to use!

The initial behavior of the Host was very bad. She warn to call the Police. And She has not handover the Apartment keys. There was no previous mention of City charges and she was very adamant & rude to have the City charges first before handover the keys. Although we reach to the location after 7 hours of travel with family and kids. We all were very hungry.
