The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a few meters from the main street. The area is full of restaurants and shops, and the harbor, town center, and beach are all within easy walking distance. The bus stop serving both local and intercity lines is also just a few steps away. The inner courtyard is pleasant and offers a sense of space, privacy, and relaxation. The host is attentive, always available, and ready to help with anything needed, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Some minor improvements and repairs are needed. For example, the bathroom door is a bit difficult to close.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant holiday. The location was excellent, very close to the bus stop that takes you to the beach, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The host, Alex, was extremely responsive and helpful, always replying quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We were a group of 5 young people who stayed here for 3 nights. Originally, we planned this trip for 4 nights, but our flight got cancelled, we got new tickets though we lost one night. The owner was really helpful, he refunded us even when we had non-refundable option. Bathroom and bedrooms looked clean, there was no mold. In the kitchen was a microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. We had also a water container with 10l of water, so we didn’t have to buy so much water as the tap water isn’t drinkable on Cyprus. Every room had an AC and the living room had a ventilator too. Facilities, services, attitude, everything was just outstanding for that price at Ayia Napa.

As we were on a ground floor, there were few ants on the floor in the living room where was the approach to the patio.

Alex provided amazing customer service throughout our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location.

I can’t sleep without a blanket and there were only thin sheets in the beds. With aircon on it got kind of cold and without it very hot.

Great location in the heart of the city, you can go everywhere by walk. Quiet place despite the fact that nightclubs are a few minutes away, thery was not noise. Two bedrooms a and nice terase. Selfcheck-in. Beach towels and shampoo and shower gel in badroom. Very close for local bus station.

There is very weak water pressure in shower. The mattress was not very comfortable. The AC turned off during the night. A washing machine would be nice.

Property was pretty good clean and comfortable

For the group of friends everything was quite cool
