Annita Court Block B, Apt6

Amazing apartment 4 people! Location was in the centre. Big fridge and freezer! Airco in every room. A lot of little extras like water dispenser, soaps, hair products, volleyball and a small goody bag with cookies. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable!

The 2 beds in the twin room were a bit less comfortable but I’d still give them a 7.

Location was fantastic. Easy walk to bars and restaurants, close to the club district but not affected by the noise. Snacks and drinks had been left for us. There was an amazing bakery next door with loads of vegan options for me. Communication with host was very easy. The neighbours were friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Slight drain smell in bathroom, but being a ground floor flat in Cyprus this is not a surprise. The patio area was not very private. Maybe some plants in pots would make it feel less exposed.

Amazing host, available when you need him. Location of the property was great. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks provided, clean and tidy, very comfortable, all the essentials like beach towels etc provided. 5star service and can only recommend.

The only thing to dislike was the length of my stay 😁😁 always hard to leave a place like this

Accommodation in a convenient quiet location near the centre of the town. Everything is within walking distance. Just opposite is an excellent bakery and cafe. It is obvious that the owner has taken care to ensure that visitors do not miss anything. There were beach towels, home shoes, a ready barrel of water, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

The accommodation does not have good ground damp proofing and this is noticeable in the bedroom. It would be advisable to at least air out properly before the arrival of the residents. Despite all the settings, the air conditioning was quite noisy (we used it for heating in winter). Opposite the terrace is a parking and the back wall of shops.

The room is situated in a tranquil and central location, and the host is incredibly friendly and hospitable.

The room requires renovation, and occasionally, there's an unpleasant odor.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. Additionally the owner left cold drinks in the refrigerator, which came in very useful upon our arrival. 10/10 overall! 😁
