Very clean, and had everything we needed

Location was perfect, there is big free parking 2 min walk from the appartment. All the restaurants and pubs are also within 5-10 min walkimg distance. Room was clean and you get new clean towels after few days. Considering the location, it wasn’t very noisy (I do recommend earplugs for the people with the light sleep in general in ayia napa because you will have drunk people yelling on the streets throughout the whole city).

This is what you would expect for holiday studios. It's a small cluster of units at the back of a laundry. It's on a quietish road itself, but is only 1 street away from the main nightlife, you then carry on down the hill to the 'town center'. The unit was clean, bed was firm and comfy, shower pressure/hot-water was good, WIFI was solid (for hours of remote working, meetings and connectivity to the cloud). It has a nice private terrace, table and parasol. Electric disconnects when you leave (which is typical for this area) to avoid excessive aircon use. The host was friendly and responsive. One accident where a pot of wet cigarette butts was knocked off a balcony and spilt all over the terrace was cleaned up very promptly and with apology for it happening.

As is always the case with a place like this the unknown variable are your neighbours for that week. I had some young people above me who tended to be quite loud when going out very late after pre-drinking, and stood arguing on the stairs outside my room. Having said that I rarely was disturbed when they returned in the morning. The same party above were repeatedly knocking their cigarette ash down off the balcony, which damaged one item of my clothing and burnt holes in the propoerty's parasol with hot embers. They also repeatedly just drop their extinguished butts down onto my terrace.
