Spiros Luxury Apartments

Nice and clean studio, everything worked great, nice owner and good communication. Perfect location as it is near the station, near the city centre and restaurants but not close to bars so there is no loud music during the night, we could sleep very good.

It was very quiet but you could still get to the shops quickly, which made it very pleasant.

The property was just perfect for us, we were 8 people and all the facilities were very comfortable. The location was also good, some 5 mins walk to city center. If you’re planning to rent a car. The main beaches will also be very comfortable to go. (10mins ride to Nissi and 20mins to Fig Tree in Protaras). Owner was very helpful and responsive. We were able to park our 2 small cars right inside the yard of the property. There where even beach umbrellas. So we didn’t buy any. This place made our stay in Cyprus very easy and effortless.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described and met all our expectations. The apartment was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Communication with Lefteris, the host, was smooth, prompt, and very helpful throughout. The location is great, just a step away from the square, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Definitely deserving of the highest rating!

We booked the apartment a few hours before we came because the apartment we booked before was a catastrophe. The owner replied very fast and told us where to park for free. The apartment was very clean and modern. I would only recommend to equip the kitchen a little better (kitchen towels…) All in all, it was a great stay, great location.
