"The flat was modern and new, facilities were good. If only they have provided AC in attic"

Location is good, few minutes walk to the Chapel Bridge and Train station.

We were assigned a room on the top floor (the attic), which had no elevator access. Carrying our mid-to-large luggage up two flights of stairs was an absolute struggle—especially since I am recovering from recent spine surgery and traveling with two pre-teens. To make matters worse, there was a major heatwave during our stay. Because the attic rooms had no air conditioning, the heat was unbearable, and we were unable to sleep at all. When we opened the windows, insects got inside our room. It was an uncomfortable stay.

"離著名景區很近日落時步行散步很舒服,假日還有市集(逛逛就好,超市還是比較便宜),距離車站很近很方便每天出入不同景區....讚!!"

We loved everything! Fantastic, very central location in the middle of the old part of town. Walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants and train station! Very fast and friendly stuff made our stay perfect.

Our family stay at KoBi Apartments Hirschenplatz was magical! The apartment was stunning, immaculately clean, and beyond comfortable. This apartment is in an ideal location and an easy walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and town sights. Our host was incredibly gracious and friendly and made fast friends with our 6 year old. Stay here is you want an amazing experience in Lucerne! We will plan to visit again. Thank you KoBi staff for everything!
