Nissi Golden Sand lovely one bedroom apartment with spacious terrace and free parking

Очень понравилось расположение. Шикарный песчаный пляж Нисси с бирюзовой водой в 5 минутах ходьбы. В апартаментах светло, чисто и есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: хорошее кухонное оборудование и разнообразная посуда для приготовления еды и сервировки стола, также есть средства для мытья посуды и уборки. В спальне удобная кровать и достаточное количество полотенец . В апартаментах предусмотрено продуманное освещение, в наличии есть переходники и адаптеры для розеток. Очень понравилась большая терраса, где есть место и посидеть на свежем воздухе, и позагорать. Там же есть большая сушка для белья, мячики и игрушки для детей. Проблем с Wi-Fi не было. Спасибо хозяину за быстрые и доброжелательные ответы на возникающие вопросы.

Неплохо было бы оставить хотя бы одну бутылку с питьевой водой. Конечно есть магазины недалеко, но, когда проделав несколько тысяч километров, чтобы добраться до Кипра с пересадками, приезжаешь усталый в темное время суток в незнакомое место, сразу идти в магазин очень не хочется

It was a beautiful experience. I was in October, a lot of sun and the sea water was 25 degrees. The apartment is like in the pictures, it goes directly into the kitchen with living room where there are 2 comfortable sofas, there are 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and another bedroom with double bed. The apartment is spacious, with a large terrace where there are 2 sunbeds and a table with 4 chairs. The apartment is downstairs. The collaboration with the owner was very good, I found head shower , I told this to him, and the next day someone came and changed it. We found clean towels, and in the main bathroom a bottle of soap and toilet paper, toilet paper was also in the second bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, etc., you need to purchase them from the shops in the area. The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, forks, knives, pots, etc., with everything. There is also an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer, support for drying clothes and laundry hooks. There are 2 TVs ,one in the living room and one in the bedroom, but there aren't any channels. The one in the living room is a smart TV, and the one in the bedroom is for mirroring your phone. At the beginning I didn't like that , but in the end I realised that I didn't have time to watch TV. During the day we were at the beach until 4, than had a shower and eat out. We used to come back late every evening and go to sleep and be ready for the next day. At 7 we were at the beach. At 4.30 there was no sun any more. The location is very close to Nissi beach and shops. The apartment is at the entrance of the city of Aya Napa. Nissi Beach is very clean, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella cost 7.5 euros, but at 9 o'clock you can not find free sunbeds. The water is warm and very clean. There are many terraces in the area. It was a nice experience.

There are so many beautiful and good things to say that I don’t even know where to start. The location is very beautiful, with many flowers on the terrace and palm trees. It’s close to Nissi Beach and to the bus stops. The owner is an extremely responsible person and it was a pleasure to collaborate with him. He helped us tremendously and answered all our questions. He is an amazing person! I also really liked the fact that there were many mirrors in the apartment and we had a very beautiful view. I don’t think we could have found a better place!

The property was so spacious and clean, it exceeded our expectations. Also the owner helped with our questions instantly!

An extraordinary place to stay, the apartment is large ,new furniture,new air conditioner in both rooms and very clean, equipped with everything you need,real photos, kind owner and excellent conditions. And yet, the kind host still asks if you have any complaints or recommendations.The terrace is very big and also with everything you need and a nice garden in front.The location is close to Nissi beach,bus stops, shops,pharmacy and terraces and the building is quiet. Ideal for going with friends as well as for families with or without children. We stayed for 3 weeks.Location of 10. We will definitely come back with pleasure.

Lokalita blizko plaže Nissi Beach,pekné čiste prostredie (okrem obydli s teenegermi), velka obyvačka, dve toalety, funkčné klimy, teplej vody bolo dostatok, vybavenosť kuchyne, velka terasa, proste cely apartman bol super!
