Nissi Golden Sand lovely one bedroom apartment with spacious terrace and free parking

The property was clean. The property was as described. 10 minute stroll to the best beach in Ayia Napa. The food was excellent with lots of choices. The public bus service was excellent and easy to use. $1.50 per person for every entry. Very small sugar ant issue. I am thinking we were the first this season. There were 3 adults. Only 3 towels and 2 hand towels. No wash cloths. (There were no basic staples. From salt to soap or trash bags ect. )You will need to provide your own streaming service. Lots of cats. Salvatore was good with response time for any questions we had.

The location, the place was clean and nice, Salvatore was really helpful

It would be a major improvement to have basics as soap, new dishwasher sponge, extra garbage bag

Very near to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet at night. I prefer this type of location.

Overall, we would definitely recommend to rent the apartment. It was spacious enough that our family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 kids could spend almost two weeks there. The biggest plus about the apartment is the close vicinity to Nissi beach. You can access the beach easily by foot. Konnos Beach is about 10-15 min away by car. We rented a car from Larnaca Airport and had a free parking place (be aware that the parking spot is a bit tricky (high slope) - we parked the car infront of the actual spot in order not to damage the car body). Furthermore, since we travelled as a family, we tried to avoid the frenzy of Ayia Napa and were not disappointed, as the area around the apartment is definitely more calm (though not always) than in the town itself.

As some of the previous tenants have already mentioned, the apartment could get some more attention, i.e. it's not in the best conditions. Nevertheless, overall the benefit-cost ratio is very good for this apartment.

It was close to Nissi beach, had everything we needed in the kitchen, also sun umbrella and cooling box for the beach. Very big terace with sunbeds, umbrella, table and chairs. 1 bathroom and 1 powder room.

Cleanliness: the dust was not cleaned, it was very visible on the fans, the bedside tables, in the living room as well. There were some spider webs in the bedroom corners. It looked like it was not dusted for some time. The apartment would need some fixes: the walls, the doors, updating the kitchen furniture. Also some instructions for switching the lights would have been helpful...sometimes we had trouble turning on/off some lights. We didn't manage to use the ceiling light in the bedroom at all.

Amazing home from home ! Plenty of space/ big balcony/ 2 toilets / good kitchen area / comfy bed / Netflix/ beautiful garden area surrounding balcony / near to Nissi beach / bus stops

The flat was nice very bright and airy, very easy to get to the beach, the nice big sofa's to relax. that it had 2 toilets and the main bathroom was a good size, the bed and pillows were comfortable. walking distance to the shops and a few restaurants, bit quieter off season so be careful.

the flat just needs a little bit of attention, dripping taps in the kitchen, over position, especially the door whist open can be problematic, Kitchen window didn't lock. pool code didn't work neither did the 2nd code that was sent.
