Aquarian Beachfront Apartment

Тут ти відчуваєш себе, як вдома. Так, це не vip-апартаменти з найновішим ремонтом і бездоганними меблями. Це затишний будиночок з усім необхідним - від кухонного приладдя до побутових дрібниць. Обжитий і зроблений з любов’ю. Сюди хочеться повернутись знову.

Для мене це ідеальний варіант, тож мінусів я не бачу

Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Bei der Ankunft wartete eine Flasche Wein und kleine Snacks auf uns – eine sehr nette Geste! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom privaten Pavillon direkt am Strand – einfach traumhaft! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.

It was very quiet, clean and in very nice place

Cozy, comfortable, you are and feel at home. Everything is accessible. In terms of location, if you have a car 7-10 minutes and you are in the supermarket. I We liked everything, everything is good!

Location was excellent, the beach was a 10 second walk and quiet. Sunbeds and a sheltered space with chairs for use only with the property. The living room spacious and felt homely, good decorum. Bedrooms were nice to sleep and comfortable. Snacks and wine left out for us which was very kind. All facilities, air con, cooker, fridge, shower worked perfectly well.

I would prefer softer beds but this is just my preference. Would be good to have a lamp in the 2nd bedroom. I would prefer warmer lightbulb for the 2nd bedroom. These are all preferential, the property and location was great the whole family enjoyed it.

Good value option, nice quiet beach area with sheltered waters idea for young swimmers. Comfortable apartment, facing the road with access to the beach.

While public transport seemed to be present and running, information regarding apparent schedules and what stops where is a disaster. Live running sites seemed to relay the imaginary timetables and different information resources carry conflicting information. Different companies operating from different sets of stops also adds to the uncertainty. Don't expect anything useful or correct to be provided at the stop either. We abandoned some attempts and ending up using the cabcy app, which worked well.

Rita was a great host, proactive, responsive and kind and helped us solve a couple of issues promptly. Lots of nice touches - particularly snacks and wine upon our arrival. Easy self check in. The proximity to the beach was lovely (it's not one of the actual beach front properties), as was having the allocated gazebo on the actual beach. The beach itself was nice enough - warm water, it's pebbly which we like. Air conditioning worked perfectly (we had some very hot days), block out blinds were effective and having the second bedroom to put all of our luggage in was helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, and the neighbour that helps out was very friendly. No noise at all from the road or road works or neighbours and the bus stop is very close if you don't have a car (including the bus to the airport). Late checkout was very kindly offered too. Mini mart is nearby and the supermarket is an easy bus ride away. A couple of good restaurants nearby.

The cleanliness could have been better; it's an older house which is fine but it needs a deep clean and declutter and we would suggest more frequent checks of the cleaners' work. The bathroom smelt unpleasant/a bit like a public toilet for most of our stay, despite it looking clean and we couldn't work out why. The oven also needs a good clean. We did spot some roaches one night, one of which was inside. We understand it can happen and that this is common for beach houses but perhaps some additional pest control could help as it wasn't great to see them. Bedroom blinds needed to be closed for any privacy as the window was street facing. Minor personal preferences - We personally didn't find the bed comfortable, could do with an upgrade. Also, having an alternative coffee maker other than the boiling coffee pot would have been good as the only coffee place we coud find close by (ie less than 15 min by foot) was in the mini mart. There also weren't any obvious recycling bins outside - but we also didn't ask about it so there may have been a bin somewhere.
