Aquarian Beachfront Apartment

The host provided us with everything we needed, a very good location, a wonderful stay!

Well, it's the perfect place if you want to be far from turmoil, and if you want to see the sunrise in your pajamas.😁 The apartment is cozy, well equipped, very clean, and Rita is an amazing host. Nearby are grocery stores, bus stations, and restaurants. It's the place where you want to come back if you need to relax and forget about everything.

Am Expresso is better than a classic, boiled coffee 😉 but Rita said she will put a coffee machine.

Clean, well stoked apartment. Right on your private part of the beach. Your own shaded lounge for comfortable time after swimming in the cleanest water I ever seen. Plenty restaurants and minimarkets in walking distance around.

No privet waitress to bring our cocktails to the "luxury v.i.p zone" ))) That's how our daughter call this amazing place! No joke, the place and a location is everything you might want for family vacation. Little bit far from the Larnaca but good public transport

The cabana at the beach was nice.

We abandoned our stay and left early as the place had a huge problem with cockroaches. We had to kill at least 10 cockroaches a day in many different sizes even after spraying a lot of bug spray everywhere. As the apartment is crowded with stuff, the cockroaches seem to use this to hide, etc. The main bedroom was the worst. The bath also was in very bad shape, which probably didn't help with the issue. We told the landlady, but they didn't really care. After that, they first offered a refund but then reverted and tried to blackmail us into a positive review, not to mention this cockroach problem, then threatened with a lawyer if we write an honest review.

The house is on the beach, excellent location, full facilities, quiet and private we enjoyed so much. The host was vey helpful and always available when we needed something. Its not the first time we visited the house and we will be probably visit again on our next vacation. The house was clean, with all the comforts, we enjoyed so much these holidays.

We had to wait for an electrician and a plamber to fix some damages but they responded right away, that wasnt a problem. The host was very responsive for our needs.

The best thing about the apartment is how close it is to the beach - we practically had a private beach right outside! Whether we wanted to sunbath, swim or go for a sunset walk, it was all right there. But above all, Rita, our host, was the real game-changer. When we arrived, Rita had left some snacks and drinks, which was especially comfortable with our children. She also left a game for the children to keep them entertained, which was a blast! Rita even had this handy little scale in the apartment. Sounds small, but it saved us some last-minute luggage panic at the airport. If you're after a an amazing and cozy getaway that's truly convenient, book this spot without a doubt.
