Close to EPFL campus. Nice people, to start

I had an allergic reaction to the apartment, I believe it was a combo of cleaning products that was toxic, as I’ve never had a sensitivity before. I came in after dinner, around 11pm, texted my son, and my tongue swelled up, my eyes got puffy, my throat started to close. I got on the car and drove near the lake while I looked for directions for a hospital. The clear air helped a lot. I looked for another hotel - they were ALL full. I had to sleep in the car and be presentable for a professional conference the next day. It was horrendous. The property never responded, never asked if I was ok, blew me off entirely. This was unsafe and irresponsible.

The house is very nice and has everything you need for a short stay in lausanne. I was there to go to efpl, the location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the lake. There are many restaurants nearby. The city center is connected with frequent buses and metro. The house has everything to cook and prepare your own meals.

I really liked the room: the compactness, convenience, and the location near the university, station, and shops fully satisfied us. Any issues, even noisy neighbors, were quickly resolved. The mattresses and pillows on the beds were excellent. We’ll definitely return, next time taking gold at the Olympics!

Mega Freundliche Gastgeber. Wir waren in Velourlaub unterwegs und dürften die Velos mit ins Zimmer nehmen, was für uns Mega praktisch war. Es gab eine Kaffeekapselmaschine mit Kapsel und Wasserflaschen umsonst.

Die Ausstattung ist in den Jahren gekommen.

Great welcome by the owner, very kind and helpful. In the apartment there's almost everything you will probably need for a week stay. Very quiet area, close to EPFL campus, so it's perfect for conferences and other short visiting periods there.

A thing that I would have appreciated a lot is the 'Lausanne transport card', which was told me by the owner can be issued only by hotels. If he can manage to be eligible to issue also this service to his future guests I think they will appreciate it a lot, since Lausanne public transport is quite expensive.
