Very clean and new house amazing view

The chick out was been very early for me 10 o’clock they coming to take the Kay and if u late u will pay 30 fr for a Half hours

Comfy and well-equipped staycation. Close to station.

Need to improve in terms of master bedroom mattress and all pillows. The pillows too thin and flatted.

What a pretty apartment! So so beautiful ❤️ clean ..spacious rooms bathrooms.. perfect balcony to relax in..and an amazing view from the living room of the mountain range.Good owner helped us with the parking lot. The best stay in Lugano 😅

Central location with an easy walk to the train station and into the main town are. Parking spot that was an available was right next to the building, and the view from the terrace was outstanding. Having the sofa bed still have a portion that remained as a sitting area separate from the pull out was nice and there was plenty of space overall for us to spread out.

The 2nd bathroom only has one small light but it was still great to have a 2nd bath.

The ground floor apartment is in a quiet area,15-20 mins walk to the center. Streets don't have short ways (steps), therefore it can be quite exhausting with all the ups and downs. Apartment was cleaned properly, we nicely were allowed an early check-in. The access to the flat using a key box with a code is quite smooth. It has everything needed for comfy stay including stuff for some minor cooking.

There are no nets on the windows, so the situation with mosquitos can be out of control

Convenient location, 10min from the train station and central town. Easy checkin/checkout. Very clean. Nice kitchen/bathroom.

Though the appartment has a floor heating, the heating was off for the first 2 days of our stay because the outside temperature was still above the treshold. Since it was raining constantly during our stay and it was autumn, it was very cold in the appartment. Only on the 3rd day the heating switched on and it was more comfortable. The double bed was ok but could be more comfortable.

The location

They give us a different property instead of the one which we booked. Contacted the host and he says there’s a double booking and someone else took our original property ( sky ) and ask us to settle for another ( lake ) . We booked for sky with 2 queen beds but instead lake have only 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed . The sofa bed room’s blind was faulty and you can’t sleep in due to the bright light in the morning.
