Live Lugano - Via Massagno

Spacious Apartment for 2 couples ! Host was easy to reach everytime we needed him ! Impeccable view of Lugano Lake ! Very quiet area !

Beds and pillows need an upgrade !

It would have been nice if there was a coffee table at the couch. Especially since the Wi-Fi was generally really bad, and I only were connected there.

Location was central. Good for work as close to the meetings. If I was there for holiday, a little off the lake and the view was a sliver from a lower ground unit. Definitely can fit 2 couples or a couple and 2 children. Has a washing machine (which was a pleasant surprise). Fully supplied kitchen with all the gear to cook for yourself. Easy walk from train station. For 4 people, would be very good value for money.

Not a fan of lower ground units, but has a garden (though not that private).

it had everything needed :) the water in the refrigirator and sweets were a nice addon :) for us, it was really a win that the appartment had washing machine and iron, as we didn't have those during our previous stop :)) our appartment had a yard which was just amazing! it was near to Lugano lake ~15 mins walk, so everything was just nice

the bed could be a bit more comfortable ( I hope they will refine it next time)

There’s no comfortable just small blankets. All beds are sofa bed. Not enough equipment in the kitchen.

Great location with balcony overlooking lake. Apartment was very modern and clean.

TV was not working. Balcony view partially blocked by trees. Second bedroom a little small and lacking air circulation. Door handles a bit sharp.

It is conveniently located and spacious.

The mattress in the bedroom is not comfortable (not firm enough). The sofa bed creaks. The internet connection is very poor and affects the Tv. There are no blinds in the kitchen/sitting room where the sofa bed is located.

Nice appartement, beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed only for one night, but both the parents and three teenagers were really satisfied with this apartment. The host replied quickly on our questions.
