Apartment Eiger - GRIWA RENT AG

Location was great, nice, clean big rooms.

Not dislikes, but just some comments. Should be pointed out better that it is on 2nd floor, but also more steps to get to the two bedrooms upstairs. Might make a difference for some people. Everything was really nice, but couch and love seat were a little worn out and old. The road to turn on is not on Google maps, I am guessing the rental folks will make that clearer in the future. Again, no complaints just some thoughts.

ターミナル駅がら施設まで近く、移動に便利だった。ユングフラウトラベルパスを使用していたので駅に近かったのは良かった。施設内もきれいで過ごしやすく景観も素晴らしかった。次回機会があれば使用したいと思います。

グリンデルワルトの事務所に行き鍵を受け取ろうとしたが現在清掃中と言われ、買い物を済ませ一時間後に受け取った。事前リクエストで到着時間を連絡してあったが、あくまでもリクエストを受けただけで決定ではないと言われた。ごみ収集場所の暗証番号を教えてもらったが何回やっても開かなかった。事務所連絡したが返信がなかったので何日かごみを出さずにいたが、たまたま他の人がごみを出している所だったので暗証番号を聞いたら全然違う番号だった。

It was clean and spacious

COMPLICATED AND LENGTHY CHECKIN PROCESS. They allowed us only an hour time slot for checkin (during which their office was open and the keys would be ready). They did allow us to pick up keys from a lockbox at their office, but this was a 25min walk from train station and the rooms which meant we had to schlep that distance twice with luggage just to get the keys. Then they called me 2 days later demanding that I present at their office before 5pm for an in person check in. I had to last minute change my plans for the day so I could arrive before their 5pm closing time. The rooms were also EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. We stayed in multiple other locations in Wengen/Grindelwald within the same 2 weeks and despite no air conditioning at any of the sites, this apartment was untenable. There were NO FANS and absolutely NO AIR CIRCULATION even with all windows open. Also with windows open there were so many BUGS that came in! (again not a problem we had at other Grindelwald/Wengen locations during same time frame) Would NEVER stay here again.

Really comfortable and cute crib, every necessity is provided. Needed a bit of effort to find the right flat because of late check in, but still managed to get in to the house with the cute envelope prepared by the team
