City Apartment - close to town - by PA

Good location.

Facilities a rather old and the apartment needs renovation. The neighbour was constantly complaining and arguing with us for making noise even for normal speech. That is crazy! Very bad experience! Definitely not recommend!

Location, Location, Location! Close to everything you would want to see.

Would prefer a walk-in shower, but it's shower tub as listed.

The fuse blew three times during our one night stay. I was sent a video on how to change it myself. This is just not ok. To ask guests to deal with what are obviously old and faulty electrics. The apartment is dated and incredibly hot. Couldn’t use fans as it blew the fuse to have anything running. No dark curtains so very very light, and noisy road. Very very over priced. I asked to be refunded so I could find somewhere else the first time the electrics blew but this was ignored.

Location is good - close to bus stop, 10 min walk to the lake

It's 2x more expensive for what is a very basic accommodation of a motel-quality 2 bedroom apt. Cleaners arrived 40 mins early and wanted us to leave. We had to tell them we are not ready.

Nothing as I had difficulties being stuck in another town, so when I contacted the property owner.. who usually responded quickly or within a few hours, they ignored me for an entire day :) no compassion no nothing. I also tried to reschedule the booking for later in the year so I can come back. Host kept rejecting this but not responding to my messages. Great host right?

Spacious apartment (great for family trip), good location (walking distance to waterfront and main sites)

Communication issues between the people managing the apartment: 1) On arrival, the key was not on the lockbox as advised, turns out there was a last minute swap of apartments and they did not inform me of the new instructions/code to get the key (I had to call them at the moment I opened the original lockbox and found no key inside); 2) We asked for a later checkout (12pm instead of 11am), the host confirmed. Then at 11am on the day of checkout, cleaners arrived to the apartment asking us to leave. We explained we were allowed a later checkout, the cleaners didn't believe is and then we had to call the host to confirm to the cleaners, which then wasted time and added a bit of stress.
