City Apartment - close to town - by PA

The stay is closely located to the centre. However, we had a terrible experience with the owner and the staff. We had requested for a late checkout very well in advance as we were expecting a delay in returning back after the Mt.Titlis experience. The owner accepted the request on messages. However to our surprise, we returned back to the apartment with our belongings touched without reaching us out. Further, we were also treated very rudely with inappopriate language when confronted. They kept repeating the same thing until I showed them the messages where they had confirmed about the late checkout. The owner apologised citing a communication missout at their end however the staff still kept talking rudely. My family had to pack out stuff on the roads in a hurry. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay was cancelled at 2 pm of the day of arrival! Extremely un professional Land up in a foreign country with kids in tow and no place to stay!

Nice place and close to city center

Everywhere it mention check out at 11am but suddenly Land lord living in the same floor of apartments told in person that it was 10am and that cleaning was coming at 10:30am

We liked the location and the size of the bedrooms. Overall space was good except for the bathroom.

The bathtub was a danger to get out of. My husband fell getting out and slipped on the floor mat, hitting his elbow, hip & head. There was not one table knife in the kitchen & very sparse cutlery of any kind. One hand towel for four people for two days was not good.

Great location, we walked from the train station with cases, took us about 20 minutes, was slightly up hill but wasn’t a hard walk

I stayed in the front bedroom. Was a-bit noisy from outside traffic

amazing location strategic and convenient. the hosts are helpful. we did enjoy our stay I highly recommend this place if you visit Luzern. Clean and d fully equipped kitchen.
